Thursday, July 30, 2015. We have had a couple of recent occasions where users have had some error message displayed on start up - unable to find file etc. We used used the one of the excellent sysinternal tools - autoruns - which lists all of the various programs, applications etc that are set to run at start up. It allows you to disable or delete entries without having to dig through the registry.
